COMET綜合職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)證書介紹

  COMET 職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)是一個(gè)起源于德國(guó)的職業(yè)教育國(guó)際研究項(xiàng)目,類似職業(yè)教育PISA(國(guó)際學(xué)生評(píng)價(jià)項(xiàng)目),目的是測(cè)量和評(píng)價(jià)接受測(cè)試者在特定職業(yè)領(lǐng)域內(nèi)的認(rèn)知能力特征。
  COMET職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)的特點(diǎn)是:按照教育性目標(biāo)和職業(yè)規(guī)范的雙重要求,采用開放式測(cè)評(píng)題目,并以相關(guān)背景數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)分析接受測(cè)試者的職業(yè)認(rèn)知特征。
  COMET測(cè)評(píng)方案采用大規(guī)模標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化心理診斷技術(shù)(large-scale diagnostics),以筆試形式進(jìn)行。它追求的是“職業(yè)效度”,可以在有類似職業(yè)工作組織方式的國(guó)家進(jìn)行,而與其具體的職業(yè)教育體制和課程無關(guān)。
  以德國(guó)不來梅大學(xué)Felix Rauner 教授為首的,由中國(guó)、南非、瑞士、挪威等國(guó)科研人員組成的研究團(tuán)隊(duì),開發(fā)建立了 COMET職業(yè)能力模型(見下圖),在中國(guó)北京、四川和廣州等地進(jìn)行了測(cè)評(píng)技術(shù)的驗(yàn)證。并在國(guó)內(nèi)外競(jìng)賽中多次應(yīng)用。
一、總體概念
The basicconcept
學(xué)生、教師和培訓(xùn)師均有四個(gè)等級(jí)的證書,具體說明:
There are four levels of certificate for students, teachers and trainers. To be specific:
1.一級(jí):學(xué)生、員工和其他參加過COMET測(cè)試者。
Level 1 is for students, employees, and other people who have attended the COMET-Test.
2. 二級(jí):參加COMET培訓(xùn)課程并完成作業(yè)的教師和培訓(xùn)師。
Level 2 for teachers and trainers who have attended COMET training course and finish the homework;
3.三級(jí):在二級(jí)基礎(chǔ)上參加過試題開發(fā)或評(píng)分的教師和培訓(xùn)師。
Level 3 for teachers and trainers on the basic ofLevel 2 who have attended the process of test questions development or rating;
4.四級(jí):可以開展COMET培訓(xùn)并保證培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量的教師和培訓(xùn)師。
The Level 4 is for teachers and trainers who can deliver a COMET training course, and guarantee the training quality;
5.三級(jí)、四級(jí)證書獲得者應(yīng)開展相關(guān)教與學(xué)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量督導(dǎo)工作。
Level 3 and Level 4 should take supervisory activities in teaching-learning innovation project of TVET.
二、證書級(jí)別
1.COMET綜合能力測(cè)評(píng)一級(jí)證書(L1)
1. COMET Professional competence assessment certificate Level 1
Ø對(duì)COMET能力模型有初步了解。
Have a preliminary understanding to the COMET competence model;
Ø理解四個(gè)能力水平級(jí)別和八個(gè)能力指標(biāo),了解40個(gè)觀測(cè)點(diǎn)的含義。
Understand four competence levels, and eight criteria/dimensions of the professional competence model;
Ø懂得按照行動(dòng)維度的六個(gè)步驟開發(fā)問題解決方案。
- Know how to follow the six steps of action dimensions to find a solution for the test question; 
Ø參加2小時(shí)能力測(cè)評(píng),測(cè)評(píng)結(jié)果達(dá)到功能性能力。
Attend a two-hour COMET test, and the test results should at least be able to prove that you have arrived at the level of functional competence.
2. COMET綜合能力測(cè)評(píng)二級(jí)證書(L2)
II. COMET Professional competence assessment certificate Level 2
Ø參加8-12課時(shí)的COMET能力測(cè)評(píng)方法培訓(xùn)。
Participate in an 8-to-12-hour training course about COMET Professional competence assessment method.
Ø對(duì)COMET能力模型有較全面的理解。
Comprehensively understand the COMET competence model and test model;
Ø理解40個(gè)觀測(cè)點(diǎn)的含義。能把握每個(gè)觀測(cè)點(diǎn)四個(gè)評(píng)分等級(jí)的區(qū)別。
Understand the meaning of 40 items, and have the ability to distinguish among these items;
Ø能按照行動(dòng)維度的六個(gè)步驟完成培訓(xùn)作業(yè)。
Finish the homework during or after the in training course.
3. COMET綜合能力測(cè)評(píng)三級(jí)證書(L3)
III. COMET Professional competence assessment certificate Level 3
Ø獲得二級(jí)認(rèn)證證書。
Have achieved Level 2 certification;
Ø有2年以上相關(guān)專業(yè)的企業(yè)實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),從事3年以上本專業(yè)的專業(yè)教學(xué)工作(含兼職教師)。
Have 2-year relevant occupational experience in a company, and 3-year teaching experience in vocational schools and colleges (including part-time teachers and trainers);
Ø全程參與過2次以上COMET能力測(cè)評(píng)的命題工作或評(píng)分工作。
Have two-time participation in COMET competence assessment as one of the developers of test questions or as one of the raters;
Ø指導(dǎo)完成旨在強(qiáng)化綜合職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的一門實(shí)踐性較強(qiáng)課程的改革,由此培養(yǎng)出獲得COMET綜合能力測(cè)評(píng)一級(jí)證書的學(xué)生人數(shù)不少于30名。
Take supervisory activities in teaching-learning innovation project in order to strengthen professional competence, and have trained more than 30 students who have attended the COMET-test and obtained the certificate.
4. COMET綜合能力測(cè)評(píng)四級(jí)證書(L4)
IV. COMET Professional competence assessment certificate Level 4
Ø獲得三級(jí)認(rèn)證證書。
Have achieved Level 3 certification;
Ø參與過2次COMET能力測(cè)評(píng)的正式命題、4次評(píng)分工作的專業(yè)教師(含兼職教師)。
Have two-time participation in COMET competence assessment as one of developers of test questions, and four times as one of raters;
Ø擔(dān)任過2次以上COMET能力測(cè)評(píng)培訓(xùn)的主講教師,并獲得良好的評(píng)價(jià)。
Serve as a COMET competence assessment trainer two or more times, and get good feedback and evaluation results;
Ø指導(dǎo)完成旨在強(qiáng)化綜合職業(yè)能力培養(yǎng)的一門實(shí)踐性較強(qiáng)課程的改革,由此培養(yǎng)出獲得COMET綜合能力測(cè)評(píng)一級(jí)證書的學(xué)生人數(shù)不少于50名。
Take supervisory activities in teaching-learning innovation project in order to strengthen professional competence in more than two vocational schools or colleges, and have trained more than 50 students who have attended the COMET-test and obtained the certificate.

  歐中教育與文化聯(lián)盟(英文名稱:Euro-Sino Education & Culture Alliance, 簡(jiǎn)稱 :歐中教文聯(lián),縮寫:ESECA)做為國(guó)際組織單位之一,將和各國(guó)合作實(shí)施單位開展COMET綜合職業(yè)能力測(cè)評(píng)服務(wù)和推廣工作,北京企學(xué)研教育科技研究院(ECR)作為中國(guó)實(shí)施單位之一負(fù)責(zé)為院校和企業(yè)開展測(cè)評(píng)服務(wù),并由COMET和ESECA出具測(cè)評(píng)報(bào)告和認(rèn)證證書。
